Bed linen will be changed at least every three days during your stay. 

For the warm days in the summer, the reception staff will gladly provide you with a summer blanket.

Dinner is served from Monday to Friday from 5.30pm to 9pm in the restaurant PERRON NORD in the Hotel APART. In case of special requirements, please ask our receptionist or restaurant staff.

Well-trained dogs which do not disturb other guests are welcome. Additional CHF 15 per night will be charged. Any damage caused by pets must be paid for immediately. Dogs are permitted in the restaurant.

A defibrillator is located on the 1st basement floor in the Hotel APART right next to the stairs so that it can be reached easily in an emergency.

Please consult the instructions in your room, as well as the greenwhite evacuation markings in the entire building.

The reception/​front office is manned from 7am to 6pm (Mon-Fri) and from 7am to 12am on the weekends. Opening hours may vary on public holidays. In case of an emergency at night, please use the emergency telephones in the corridors.

Have you forgotten a hygiene item at home? No problem. The reception has the following for you: Toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable rezors, shaving foam, various hygiene articles for woman. 

An interim bill can be obtained midweek at the reception from 7am to 4pm.

An ironing board wiht iron is available on the first floor and can be used. 

A laundry bag with list can be found in the wardrobe. You are kindly asked to hand over your laundry to the receptionists by 9am to ensure same-day service (by 6pm). Weekend laundry service available upon request.

We will be happy to do this for you on request. For luggage storage, please contact the reception staff. 

In the PERRON NORD Restaurant we spoil you on weekdays with seasonal and regional products from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm.

The main entrance to the hotel is locked at around 11pm. The nighttime entrance, which is situated to the left of the main entrance, can be opened with your room key.

Paid parking is available in the Chäsimatt parking garage, which is located directly next to the hotel. The parking fee is to be paid directly in the parking garage. 

Charging stations/​parking spaces for electric cars are available for CHF 35 / day (on request).

The Hotel BAUERNHOF is a NON-SMOKING hotel. Smoking in the building is prohibited. Only on the small balconies on the 1st & 2nd floor, smoking is allowed. A fine of CHF 150 must be paid for smoking in the rooms.
