Your room is guaranteed to be ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at reception until you move into your room. 

If you need the room guaranteed for an early arrival, please contact reception to discuss the possibilities. 

Please note that the room is available to you until 10 am on the day of departure. If you need it for longer, our reception team will be happy to arrange this as far as possible. Please contact the reception team the day before your departure.

A defibrillator is located on the 1st basement floor in the Hotel APART right next to the stairs so that it can be reached easily in an emergency.

Please note that your room is at your disposal until 10am on the day of departure. Should you wish to extend this time, the reception team will do their best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Please contact them the evening before your departure.

Dinner is served from Monday to Friday from 5.30pm to 9pm in the restaurant. In case of special requirements, please ask our receptionist or restaurant staff.

Well-trained dogs which do not disturb other guests are welcome. Additional CHF 15 per night will be charged. Any damage caused by pets must be paid for immediately. Dogs are permitted in the restaurant.

Please consult the instructions in your room, as well as the greenwhite evacuation markings in the entire building.

In case of smoke or fire, please dial 118 on the emergency telephones in the corridors and inform the reception. Do not use the elevator! Follow the instructions of the security officer. Fire extinguishers are clearly marked and stationed on each floor. A fire escape map showing the quickest evacuation routes hangs on the inside of the room door.

The «Rehazentrum Rotkreuz» fitness center with its wide range of sports equipment is the ideal place to get some exercise in between. Entry for our hotel guests is free of charge. Please register at the fitness center reception. Registrations for massages or physiotherapy are also gladly accepted there. The «Rehazentrum Rotkreuz» is not operated by APART AG.

The reception/​front office is manned from 7am to 6pm (Mon-Fri) and from 7am to 12am on the weekends. Opening hours may vary on public holidays. In case of an emergency at night, please use the emergency telephones in the corridors.

Have you forgotten a hygiene item at home? No problem. The reception has the following for you: Toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable rezors, shaving foam, various hygiene articles for woman. 

Please contact our reception team for this. 

You have the option of washing and drying your own clothes (CHF 5.00 per day, including washing powder). You can obtain the key for the laundry room from reception. In addition, an ironing board wiht iron is available on each floor in the «Office». We kindly ask you tu use the iron in the «Office». 

A laundry bag with list can be found in the wardrobe. You are kindly asked to hand over your laundry to the receptionists by 9am to ensure same-day service (by 6pm). Weekend laundry service available upon request.

We will be happy to do this for you on request. For luggage storage, please contact the reception staff. 

In the PERRON NORD Restaurant we spoil you on weekdays with seasonal and regional products from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm.

In the minibar you will find complimentary local fizzy water (Grander water). We are pleased to stock your minibar according to your wishes. You will be billed upon departure at the reception.

The main entrance to the hotel is locked at around 11pm. The nighttime entrance, which is situated to the right of the main entrance, can be opened with your room key. There is someone on duty in the hotel at all hours.

The hotel has a great number of parking spaces which can be used free of charge. There are a further parking spaces in our underground garage, which can be used at a fee of CHF 20 / day.

Charging stations/​parking spaces for electric cars are available for CHF 35 / day (on request).

For an additional charge, it is also possible to have meals delivered to your room from the restaurant. Our restaurant team will be happy to provide you with further information and help you choose.

The Hotel APART is a NON-SMOKING hotel. Smoking in the building is prohibited. 

Smoking in the room will be fined CHF 150.

Stamps can be purchased at the reception. You can also take your mail to the reception for posting.
